Company Overview

Our company is a professional knitting cashmere manufacturer and export luxury knitting cashmere products to European and the USA. We have our own yarn spinning and knit workshop in our factory. Being equipped with 20 sets STOLL machines, 50 sets 16gg, 150 sets 12gg, 25 sets 7gg/5gg/3.5gg hand loom knitting machines, we can produce 300,000PCs sweaters/accessories per year. We make various kinds of ladies', men's and children's/babies' wear from 1.5gg to 18gg such as knitted pullover, cardigan, sweater, pant, glove, hat and scarf, blanket, sock, shoe under pure cashmere, cashmere/wool, cashmere/silk, cashmere/cotton, cashmere/bamboo blended yarn or 100% mercerized merino wool yarn. We are also strong with intarsia, jacquard, hand/machine embroidery, applique, discharge printing/silk-screen printing and beadings' work. We have our own control of the cashmere quality and purity, since every year our manager director and his team come to Alashan Inner Mongolia where has the finest white cashmere fiber quality in the world to check the fiber quality. And we source the raw fiber/spun yarns in our own factory. Our yarn spinning workshop has installed 7 dehaired cashmere spinning production lines, including 7 sets of brand new Italy OCTIR carding machines, 6 sets of brand new BIGAGLI B-6.0style spinning mules, new Japanese MURATEC assembler, Germany branded spooler , Italy twister and Hong Kong made dying apparatus. We can annually produce 300 tons of finely dehaired cashmere tops, 200 tons of worsted yarn, 500 tons of woolen yarn for pure cashmere, cashmere/wool, cashmere/cotton, cashmere/silk, cashmere/bamboo blend.
